Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping — Turkey

All orders shipped within Turkey benefit from free standard shipping, included in the price of every AlkoSafe product. No minimum order value is required.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. We ship to all 81 provinces across Turkey using the following carrier partners:

  • PTT Kargo
  • Yurtici Kargo
  • Aras Kargo

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the relevant carrier’s website.

2. International Shipping

We ship AlkoSafe products internationally to select regions. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as promotional campaigns or holiday seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified by email if any significant delays are expected.

4. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number with a link to the carrier’s tracking page

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the dispatch notification for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. Delivery Conditions

Depending on the carrier and destination, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will typically attempt one of the following:

  • Leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection
  • Deliver to a nearby pickup point or post office
  • Attempt re-delivery on the next business day

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered after multiple attempts, additional shipping costs will be incurred for re-dispatch. These costs will be communicated to you before re-shipping.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

AlkoSafe and CROM TEST are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer. Any costs associated with re-shipping to a corrected address will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take the following steps immediately:

  • Photograph the damage — take clear photos of the packaging and the product showing the extent of the damage.
  • Do not dispose of the packaging — retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for the claims process.
  • Contact us within 7 days — email us at info@alkosafe.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photographs.

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
