AlkoSafe provides an indication of the possible presence of alcohol in saliva. It is designed to assist individuals in making personal decisions and should never be treated as a definitive or legally binding result.
2. No Reliance for Legal Purposes

A negative AlkoSafe result does not mean your Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is zero. The absence of a colour change on the test strip does not guarantee that you are below the legal driving limit in your jurisdiction.
An AlkoSafe result cannot be used to challenge, dispute, or override the results of a police breathalyser test, blood test, or any other officially administered alcohol test. Courts and law enforcement agencies do not recognise saliva screening strips as evidential testing devices.

- Improper storage — exposure to extreme heat, cold, or humidity
Users should always follow the instructions provided with the product to ensure the most reliable results.

CROM TEST, AlkoSafe, its directors, employees, and distributors accept no liability whatsoever for any of the following arising from the use of, or reliance upon, an AlkoSafe test result:

- Replace official breathalyser, blood, or urine testing conducted by law enforcement or medical professionals
- Serve as clinical evidence in any medical, legal, or employment proceeding
If you have consumed alcohol, you should always err on the side of caution and not drive, regardless of any test result.
