3. Products and Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications displayed on alkosafe.com are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.

Important: AlkoSafe is a personal screening tool designed for individual decision-making only. It is not a certified breathalyser, medical diagnostic device, or substitute for official law-enforcement testing. A negative AlkoSafe result cannot be used to challenge a positive police test result in any legal proceeding.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on alkosafe.com include KDV (Turkish Value Added Tax) where applicable. Shipping within Turkey is free of charge on all orders.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online card payments processed securely via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to our designated business account.

Your order will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Order Process

Placing an order on alkosafe.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If an order is declined, any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email info@alkosafe.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the returns process will apply instead.

9. Product Use — Limitation of Liability

AlkoSafe is intended solely as a personal screening aid. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that CROM TEST is not liable for:

  • Any decisions you make based on the results of an AlkoSafe test, including the decision to drive or not to drive.
  • Any accidents, injuries, legal consequences, or losses arising from actions taken after using AlkoSafe.
  • Inaccurate results caused by failure to follow the product instructions, including testing within 15 minutes of eating, drinking, or smoking.
  • Any damages arising from improper use, storage, or handling of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on alkosafe.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and website code — is the property of CROM TEST and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from CROM TEST.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website or its products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. By using this website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Turkish courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms. For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. In particular:
